I prepare 1–3 versions of a plan with goals, target groups, channels, a content calendar and a budget. You can execute it with me, with your in-house team or with anyone else. If you then order a package, the price of the plan is deducted.
Why not an agency, why not a cheap freelancer
On the Czech market, video is what drives the price. Offers without filming stay under CZK 10,000 a month; with filming they jump to CZK 18,000–45,000. Here's the comparison based on public price lists.

Selected work
Selected projects. The videos are in Czech; what matters is the pacing, editing and motion graphics, and I'm happy to walk you through them in English. Full profiles are on Instagram.
For the non-profit education project Safe4Future I prepare the marketing strategy and plan, the design system, e-mail design and a series of short videos on financial literacy for secondary school and university students. On the videos I do the script, filming, editing, motion graphics and captions in 9:16. Complex topics explained without jargon, with the numbers right in the frame.
For worldworm s.r.o. I created the GYMBRO protein snack brand and fully managed its Instagram @gymbro.one: visual identity, product and educational series, competitions and Reels from events.
What it delivered: one visual language across every format (black background, technical line, gold accents) and series that build the habit of watching the next episode. The educational “Know what you eat” content teaches and sells at the same time.
For Petra “Panter” Kočková, three-time powerlifting world champion and jiu-jitsu world championship medallist, I handled the marketing plan, Instagram management and content production.
What it delivered: a regular publishing rhythm, results and behind-the-scenes in one tone of voice, and room for partners and sponsors. A joint Reel inviting people to training sessions, which I shot and edited, earned over 7,900 likes.
Corporate gatherings, festivals, sports training and the city at night. I shoot on full-frame gear with a focus on live moments. As a two-person team we also film the event, and you get a selection for social media within 24 hours.
Collaboration
The Reel “Rise of the Jellyfish”, about jellyfish and ocean warming, made in collaboration with the World of Jellyfish exhibition in Prague. Atmospheric footage, editing and captions that connect the visitor experience with a topic worth talking about.
A product has to look like something you want to buy from a single photo. I shoot on full-frame gear with lights and a prepared set, and deliver the result in formats for e-shop and social media, including graphics and copy in the image. For larger series I bring in photographer Tomáš Melíšek, who also shot the BANDI and Nike samples.

I'm Radoslav Hylák. I help companies and projects that want marketing with substance, not just “some posts”.
I cover photography, video, editing, graphics, copy and social media myself, so the pieces connect and nothing gets lost between five suppliers. I also work with code, advanced AI tools and design systems. When the plan calls for a specialism I don't do, I bring in people I've worked with before. I work in English and Czech.

Yes. Meetings, plans, proposals and reports can all be in English, and I'm used to working with international teams in Prague. Content for your channels can be produced in Czech, English or both.
Because below a certain price it stops being marketing and becomes mere publishing. My prices include strategy, filming with my own gear, editing and evaluation. Compared with agencies you still save, because you don't pay for account managers, offices or roles your plan doesn't need.

No. You can cancel monthly management to the last day of any month. I want you to continue because it works, not because of a contract.
The Kick-start package is designed for one month: 30 videos are produced and regular publishing starts within it. Brand and website depend on scope and on how quickly feedback comes back. A concrete schedule with dates is always part of the plan, so you know it up front.
That's exactly what the first meeting and the plan versions are for. The packages are the most common combinations, but I build the plan to measure and bring in specialists for campaigns, web, PR or events as needed.
Yes, across the Czech Republic, and remotely for consulting and social media management. Travel outside Prague is charged at CZK 8 per kilometre.
A licence for your website and social media is always included. For paid campaigns, outdoor or print the licence is extended for a surcharge of 20% of the photo or video price.
